We develop bespoke training programmes for our clients. We work alongside our clients to understand their needs and aims, and then we combine our psychological knowledge and experience as facilitators, trainers and supervisors to ensure that all of our work creates sustainable behaviour change. We carefully evaluate any programmes that we deliver.
We have worked with clients to develop resilience training for leaders, we have trained and supervised internal ‘wellbeing leads’ across entire organisations, we have designed and delivered performance-enhancing coaching programmes for managers, and we have also co-created modules to fit-in with our clients’ existing talent development programmes. We are also experienced in working with developers to produce online learning content for large organisations.

As Registered and Chartered Psychologists, we are able to use both coaching and therapeutic approaches with our clients depending on their requirements. Our coaching and therapy can facilitate our clients to perform more sustainably, to manage others through times of change, to avoid burnout, to move forward despite anxiety or overwhelming stress, and to find greater meaning and enjoyment both in and out of work.
We use evidence-based approaches focused on creating behaviour change: we are trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and other Cognitive Behavioural approaches.
